Pokemon Crater Help #1
Pokemon Crater Speed Leveling
(How to Level Uber Fast With No Cheating, Hacking, No Nothing! Just Gym Challenging)^_^
I took a break off PC for a while, too busy and all, then came back, and for three weeks straight, I did this and my team had 6 level 100s.
For the BEST team, you'll have to start your PC game by collecting all the starters. They're easy to find in the wild, and in rather obvious places:
Chamander, Cyndaquil, Chimchar, and Torchic will appear in the Lava Map.
Piplup, Totodile, Mudkip and Squirtle appear in the water on any grass map (the main map) and the body of water in the cave map.
Chikorita, Turtwig, Bulbasaur and Treecko coem on the main map, in any bush. They are the easiest to find.
Once you find all the staters, and capture them, pick four (yes, four) to be in your team.
Look at the moves of all the three-evo starters when they are fully evolved before choosing.
The few really weak starters are Typholsion and Venusaur, so you might not bother catching Cyndaquil or Bulbasaur.
The most powerful are Feraligatr, Blaziken, Torterra, Empoleon, Monferno (Kinda), and Swampert.
Once you have your four staters in your team, choose two Dragons. Here are the Dragon evos that are not legendaries:
Trapinch>>Vibrava>>Flygon
Bagon>>Shelgon>>Salamence
Dratini>>Dragonair>>Dragonite
Most choose Dragonite and Salamence, which is smart, but:
All three are very powerful.
They all know hyper-beam, and Salamence is insanly powerful.
Now, you have your team.
Begin by starting with the easiest gym leaders.
Your waters can start with Brock.
The grasses can start with Misty.
(Etc)
After you explore all the gym leaders that will not kill you, you''ll be about level 30+ averagly.
Now you can start, what I call, dueling.
As a level 57 Feraligatr, I battled Blaine a lot.
He gives a lot of XP.
Now, if you fought Meganium with Blaine, (of course, he'd die), and brought out Feraligatr and finished the battle,
they both get 1657 XP+.
I did this for a long time with every gym leader and every pair, and got about four 100s, two 90s.
Then, you can start the first Elite Four challenger of every set.
They're amazingly easy.
The only thing I don't like, (which you probably don't enjoy either x3) is that they added pokemon to the elite four, and made all their pokemon level 100, although, in the RPG, they were level 70-100.
I HATE how Will has Jirachi, with Doom Desire. Bleargh.
It's pretty tough.
Now, you're probably beaten all three first challengers of the set.
If you have a grass third-evo, chances are, they'll have Solarbeam.
Go to Bertha, the second of the Sinnoh elites, and use Solarbeam on her Quagsire ( <-- especially ^_^) and such.
Sidney is easy if you have Charizard and a Salamence.
I've beaten all the elite four, and have gotten loaded with legendaries..

Happy hunting!
